2. Build to order process:
Our premium products are custom produced in production batches at our Michigan facilities typically every two weeks. All orders are processed together to improve the efficiency and quality of our build and shipping specifications, and to provide the best value to our customers. Custom builds and shipping are conducted on weekends, typically every two weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding our quality, material handling, and shipping process methods.
Note: STARLITE NOTES are only sold through our corporate office. No dealers, stores, or sales agents offer this product. Since its initial offering in 2005, STARLITE NOTES has been a successful premium custom product with many very satisfied customers. It is the Finest Available windshield mounted note and map holder Anywhere.
3. Ordering:
Orders are accepted via internet email to starlitenotes@comcast.net - Please include the following Information in your email:

“Ship-to” name and complete address –name, street, city, state, zip.

Number of units requested and model #’s desired.

Your email address for follow-up invoicing and communications.

Optional: Your phone number for potential order clarifications or questions you may have so we call you in response.
Reference: Your email order will serve as a “purchase order” for our records. We do not collect any fees until we prepare for our custom build process. It is our policy to only request your payment and funds when we are ready to build and ship, minimizing the processing and holding time of your funds. Just prior to our custom build time, we will send you an email Invoice for prompt payment via our electronic merchant account for secure credit card processing. Invoicing details are noted below in item #4. Our invoicing email to you will be your order confirmation statement.
4. Invoicing and Payment procedure:
Just prior to our custom product build-up, we will send you an electronic email Invoice through PAYPAL. PAYPAL is the secure credit card processing company that we use for invoicing and payments; your private credit card information will not be provided to STARLITE NOTES, only to PAYPAL. You will be notified via the email address that you provided in your order request. You can use most credit cards or you can use your PAYPAL account if desired. Please make payment to PAYPAL as promptly as possible, then final build and shipping will be arranged. If you change your mind and decide not to finalize your order with the invoice payment, please send a courtesy email (to starlitenotes@comcast.net ) indicating such- there will be no charges or fees. Depending upon your ship-to location, most packages arrive within 3-8 days of shipping from our local UPS depot from Detroit, Michigan.
Note: We do not use the shipping address information that you provide to PAYPAL.
5. Satisfaction Policy
If STARLITE NOTES products do not meet your expectations, simply email our office to request a “return products authorization approval number” with your explanation for return. All requests for returns must be submitted within 14 days of your receipt of the new product. Only new (or like new), not used condition products will be accepted. We will replace or refund the cost of the product less any shipping and service/stocking/handling fees that we incurred for the original sale and return/exchange transactions. Your satisfaction is our goal.
6. Proper Use and Guidelines for SAFE use:
Placed on the back of every STARLITE NOTES note holder, is a DAILY USERS GUIDELINES label with instruction for safe use of this product.

7. The STARLITE NOTES custom produced aluminum clipboard note holder platform is designed for long life, based on normal use. The suction cup rubber components are expected to provide excellent functionality. Depending upon use, care, and temperature exposure, the suction cup assembly-rubber components can be replaced as serviceable parts at your expense. Please contact us for service parts contact information if required. Replacement notepads can be purchased at most office supply stores- 3x5 inch gummed top scratch pads.
